Bloom Bar Packages

We’ve recently decided to restructure our Bloom Bar offerings. After hosting many bloom bars- we have found that they work best as guest experience booths, rather than vendor booths. This experience is better for the consumer and myself. Our new packages cater to just that.

This is perfect for clients who want to treat their guests, clients, or employees. Brand events, bridal showers, or blow-out sales are all events that could use a flower freebie.

Packages vary by bouquet size and guest count. Service, wrapping supplies, and ribbon are included.

The standard package includes up to four hours of service (not including set-up/clean-up time). This service includes set-up, creating bouquets, trimming stems, wrapping, adding ribbon or sticker, and clean-up.

Skip the service or wrap to receive a discount on the service.

Delivery will be an additional charge, dependent on location. We will deliver to Seattle and the surrounding areas.

Color selection is completely customizable, and the supplies (wrap, ribbon) can match!

Guests can choose their flowers from the cart, choose their wrap and take home a package of flower food.

If you have specific flower requests that fall out of the “standard options”, florals can be upgraded accordingly. We want to provide a simple base package of options, but allow you to customize to your needs as much as possible.

We will customize our set-up to match your event theme or brand by request. Additional fees may apply.

Bloom Bar rental requests must be sent to erica@bloombratsbotanical.com and will be accepted on a case-by-case basis, depending on our event schedule. We typically do not accept summer weekends for services under 50 guests.
