Wedding and event tear-down for Seattle-area couples and florists

The Last Hour of Your Wedding Shouldn't Be Spent Hauling Flowers

The music has stopped, your guests are heading out, and you're ready to hit the after-party. Then someone asks, "Who's taking down the arch? What happens to all these centerpieces?"

For a lot of couples, this is something they don’t want to deal with after one of the biggest nights of their lives. If there is no planner or responsible party for all of the florals, they end up taking up multiple trunks worth of space. And for florists, it's the part of the job that makes these wedding days extremely long, or creates difficult logistics. That's why I offer wedding tear-down as a standalone service across the Seattle area.

What tear-down actually includes

When the event wraps, my team and I handle the cleanup so you don't have to:

  • Breaking down arches, installations, and ceremony florals

  • Collecting and packing centerpieces, bouquets, and arrangements

  • Removing candles, signage, and floral-adjacent decor

  • Sorting rentals and vessels for return to the right vendors

  • Sweeping up petals, stems, and greenery so the venue is left clean

  • Delivering flowers where you want them to go: home, a family member's house, or a donation partner

If you have a specific list or a venue with strict out-by times, we plan around it.

For couples

You spent months on the details. You shouldn't have to spend your wedding night (or your first morning as newlyweds) carrying buckets to the car. Tear-down means your florals are handled with the same care they were designed with, and you can stay with your people.

Working with a different florist for your flowers? That's completely fine. I'm happy to coordinate with them directly so everything is clear before the day.

For fellow florists

I know how it goes: you finish install, run the ceremony, and then face an hour or more of breakdown while your next job is already looming. If you're a solo operator or a small team, our team can be your tear-down crew so you can:

  • Take on more events without burning out

  • Say yes to back-to-back weekends

  • Protect your evenings and your energy

I'll follow your pack-out instructions, label and coordinate return of your containers, and send a quick recap when we're done. Consider it an extension of your own team.

How it works

  1. Reach out with your date, venue, and approximate scope.

  2. Get a quote. Tear-down is priced by event size, venue and rental logistics. Packages start at $450.

  3. Share your plan. Tell me where things should go and who to coordinate with.

  4. Enjoy your event. We arrive as the night winds down and take it from there.

Service range

Our team services Seattle and the surrounding areas. Venues outside this area are possible; just ask.

Let's talk Tear-Down

If you have an event coming up, or you're a florist who'd love a reliable crew for the end of your night, send me a message and we'll find a time to talk through it.
